Amendments to LVLP ordering process

*THE FOLLOWING REFERS TO ALL ORDERS MADE ONLINE & VIA EMAIL, AS WELL AS PHONE & WHATSAPP ORDERS MADE @ 066 375 0801.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY & SHARE WITH YOUR TEAMS

Due to fraud, as well as on-going issues with incomplete or inaccurate orders & duplicate ordering:

La Vita Living Products will no longer be accepting photos of handwritten orders & images of bank deposit slips & EFT proof-of-payments that are unclear & include inaccurate or illegible information, sent via email & WhatsApp.

 

In order to ensure that all orders are captured & completed accurately & efficiently, please take note of the following changes to the LVLP ordering procedure:

  • Distributors must log onto the ordering system using their SA ID numbers as both ‘username’ & ‘password’.
  • When finalising each order online, the system will provide a unique pre-order code that must be used as a proof-of-payment reference number when making final payment via direct bank deposit or electronic financial transaction (EFT).
  • This reference number must be clearly indicated on all bank deposit slips & EFT transactions in order to confirm proof of payment & finalise orders.
  • Distributors must then send – via email or WhatsApp – a CLEAR & ACCURATE image or scan of the bank deposit slip or EFT transaction with the REFERENCE NUMBER clearly visible & legible.
  • Any images or scans of bank deposit slips or EFT transactions that are unclear & illegible, without a valid reference number clearly indicated, will not be accepted by LVLP
  • Orders will only be captured & processed by LVLP, once the payment is confirmed with a valid reference number.
  • For online group orders, all individual orders must be placed separately, issued with its own unique reference number
  • Delivery fees for group orders more than R6000 & under 25kg can be deducted from one or more of the individual bank payments, as long as each payment has its own individual order reference number, clearly marked on the deposit slip or EFT transaction.
  • Individual orders combined as one group order must be placed on the same date and delivered to a single delivery addres

PLEASE REMEMBER:

  • LVLP will not process or finalise any order without a proof-of-payment image or document that includes a CLEARLY MARKED & VISIBLE reference number issued by the LVLP online ordering system.
  • All outstanding payments must be made, and deposits confirmed as explained above, before any order can be processed, finalised & delivered.
