2018-04-23 UPDATE
Strike has ended. All La Vita Branches will resume operation as from Tuesday 2018/04/24. Sorry for the inconvenience caused during this period and thank you for your understanding and corporation.

 

2018-04-11 UPDATE

Product distribution just got a lot easier. La Vita Living Products is proud to announce our new initiative of offering door to door delivery through various couriers. This new delivery method could take between 3 and 5 working days, once the order has been confirmed, depending on location. Door to door delivery is only available for major cities and surrounding areas. Orders of R2500 and up will receive free delivery! Whereas orders under R2500 courier charge will be flat rate of R175 per order. Starting from Monday 16 April, you can get your favourite products delivered straight to you. Orders can be placed now.

*Please note that the address provided must be a valid and deliverable address.

 

2018-04-05 UPDATE

Bonuses of other area codes may be collected at Pretoria office as from today 2018/04/05. Please bring ATP card. Or you may request to be deposited into your account, please submit personal account details plus copy of ID and mail all required documentation to  ([email protected])

Please use the correct account details provided to make payment to ensure speedy process of your orders.

 

2018-03-30 UPDATE
Due to the employees’ strike action, no branch offices will be open from the Friday 2018/03/23. The ONLY office that is operating is the Pretoria office (operated by managements and non union members and assist by distributors). During this period the only legitimate method to place order is by La Vita website/ by phone in/ by fax / by email or come directly to Pretoria office and payment must be deposited/ EFT to the correct company accounts.

To assist distributors with the best we possibly can, the company has decided to extend the closing date for distributors to close their March points till Tuesday (2018/04/03). Please note during this period all orders placed on or before 2018/04/03 will be considered as March 2018 orders.

2018-03-23 UPDATE

Due to the safety of our distributors and staffs, all La Vita branches will be closed on 2018/03/23. For all orders, please call (010) 013 4899 and for queries please contact 0860 000 239  or visit the La Vita Living Products website (www.lavitaliving.co.za) for status updates and contingency plans provided. Please keep a close eye for an up-to-date information in regards to the strike.

Contingency plan:

  1. ONLINE
    During the strike, the website will temporally allow distributors (AS and above level only) to place their orders online.

    • Log in (top right tab). Your  ID number is both your username as well as your password.
    • Select your desired category (Combo Bag, Beauty, Lifestyle, Mommy & Me and Health).
    • Choose the product(s) you would like to purchase.
    • Select “Single Unit” or “Case Credit” and insert the desired quantity amount.
    • Click “Add to Cart”.
    • To proceed to checkout either click on “View Cart” or click on the “Shopping Cart” icon on the top right of the screen.
    • Check if all items and its quantity are correct, then click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
    • Fill in ALL required personal details as requested.
    • Select which city you would like to collect from.
    • Please note: Electric Fund Transfer (EFT) – please use your order number (generated in your e-mail provided) as a payment reference.
    • Click on the block (it will show a tick) to acknowledge that you understand the terms and conditions.
    • Click on “Place your Order”
    • Please make your EFT to our banking details as provided on the screen as shown. An e-mail will also be sent to you detailing your order and providing our banking details.

    All purchase will ONLY be capture and process when proof of payment is confirmed.

    1. OVER THE PHONE

    During the strike, we will temporally allow distributors (AS and above level only) to place their orders over the phone. Our phone order number is (010) 013 4899. Speak to our friendly staff on your order inquiry. All purchase will be capture and process when proof of payment is confirmed.

        I have been trying to order online but its not working and everyone is confused even top manager’s don’t have any idea when the strike will stop most people haven’t closed their PCC

    Good morning!
    My name is Nosisa I have been trying to call you using the numbers that you given us for making orders but the is no respons . I am staying @ Alexandra I need to know how long it takes for the ordes to be deliverd when we order online./ how we get our products.
    Im sick worried about what is going on is killing us distributers.
    Pls we trust you make a plan to ressolve this as soon as possible.

      We are about to implement a door-to-door delivery system, which would be free with orders over R2500.
      Any orders below that would be a flat rate of R175. Delivery would take roughly 3-5 working days once the payment has been reflected.
